Warranty

ALL INFORMATION MENTIONED BELOW PERTAINING TO WARRANTY CLAIM IS AS PER POLICIES OF SUORIN. SUORINUSA.COM PROVIDES ALL THE ASSISTANCE IT CAN FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT IS NOT LIABLE WITH REGARD TO DECISIONS OF THE SUORIN FACTORY WARRANTY CENTER.
- Damages/Wear & Tear
We do not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear of the product. If the product has visual traces of misuse/abuse or any blemishes at all, warranty is considered void.
- Expired Warranty Period
The manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of purchase with proof of receipt.
- Cleaning the Device
If the product failed as a result of cleaning or removing any foreign material from its inner or outer surfaces the warranty will be considered void.
- Products with Non-Damaged Original Packaging
All products are sold in its original packaging. Please save the packaging until the end of warranty period. Should you decide to return the device, we require that you return it in it’s original, non-damaged packaging.
- We do not warranty or guarantee pods/cartridges/coils or e-juice of any kind. No exceptions.
- There is a 14 day returns/exchange period for SuorinUSA.com (from date of receiving the package by mail).
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: 6 Months (follow the instruction card provided within the device’s packaging contents)
