SuorinUSA PACT Act / Shipping & Vapor Tax Compliance
We understand that SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE but we assure you that we DO NOT profit from ANY of the costs of shipping; in fact, on average we actually pay out-of-pocket about an additional $2.00 per package (as do all other good-acting online retailers). In terms of all excise tax for each and every order, we cover the cost for that as well. It is also important to note that we ship your goods from the US. Prices for shipping do change from time to time due to the change in surcharges and fuel that originate from the carriers themselves - we have no control over this. We hope that you understand that we are always trying our very best to bring value with every purchase - from the day of purchase to after-sales support. To fill you in on more about all of the extra charges for shipping, please read below.
On March 27, 2021, Congress amended the Preventing All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT Act) to include new regulations regarding the delivery and sales of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), which include e-cigarettes, “vapes”, flavored and smokeless tobacco (ADULT SIGNATURE NOW REQUIRED AT TIME OF DELIVERY). Any person or business that sells, transfers or ships for profit any ENDS in interstate commerce must now register with ATF according to 15 U.S.C. §§ 375 and 376. They must also register with any states that they ship vapes into. Under the PACT Act, delivery sales of electronic nicotine delivery systems must also comply with state, local or tribal laws involving excise taxes on these devices. The PACT Act prevents online sales of e-cigarettes to minors.
